欠发达地区生态文明建设路径创新探析--以广东韶关为例

Underdeveloped region ecological civilization very arduous and urgent, must continue to adhere to the path of innovation and adjustment mechanism of social contradictions and policy adjustment, improve the comprehensive ecological civilization construction decision-making mechanism, pay attention to the ecological environment planning innovation. Shaoguan as the first national ecological civilization construction pilot area, fully grasp the construction of ecological civilization owes the developed area regional, stage and resource char-acteristics, giving full play to regional advantages in resources, to achieve the coordination of economic develop-ment and ecological construction and ecological civilization, policy adjustment and system construction play a demonstration role.%欠发达地区生态文明建设是一项复杂、长期的系统工程，要不断坚持社会矛盾调节机制与政策调整的路径创新，完善生态文明建设的综合决策机制，重视生态环境规划创新。韶关作为全国首批生态文明建设试点地区，应该充分把握欠发达地区生态文明建设的区域性、阶段性和资源性的特点，发挥区域的资源优势，实现经济发展与生态建设的协调并进，为生态文明政策调整与制度建设持续发挥典型示范作用。
