公共关系人才校企协同培养机制研究

         

摘要

高校培养的公关人才普遍欠缺实操能力,而企业在公关人才培养上无法保证知识的规范和系统性,最终导致了中国公关人才短缺的现状。校企协同是公关人才科学培养和持续良性发展的重要手段。对广东省校企协同培养公关人才的现状、企业协同意愿和协同意向、协同影响因素和协同模式的调研发现,院校领导的理念和制度支持、公关师资队伍建设、公关专业建设的硬件条件,以及校企沟通效率等是影响校企协同培养公关人才的重要因素,因此,完善和创新校企协同培养公关人才可以从这四个方面进行探索。%With the rapid development of public relations in China, PR (public relations) talents are in urgently in need. But at present, Students majoring public relations usually are short of real practices, while public relations practioners are lack of in-depth knowledge. So it is supposed to be an ideally method to cultivate public relations talents by university-business cooperation. Through investigating the willingness of cooperatively cultivation, the factors influencing cultivation, the systems, and the present mode of cultivation by university-business cooperation, the paper suggests the mechanism to improve the cultivation by university-business cooperation.
