ICF视角下特殊儿童行为调适的动作康复研究

         

摘要

Based on the perspective of "the International Classification of Functions", people's understanding has undergone profound changes for physical disabilities.Considering the special children's behavior adjustment strategy from the interaction of individual, environment and activity, ICF theory elements are applied in the whole-person healing training with perception-action learning theory as the core:body function and structure, activity and participation, environmental factors and personal factors, so as to improve the social adaptability of special children.Perception-action learning theory is based on action development, which can promote children's cognitive and linguistic progress.The development of basic motor skills will improve the emotional and psychological problems of special children.Through case studies, this paper discusses the effectiveness of action rehabilitation on behavior adjustment of special children, with a view to providing reference for rehabilitation education of special children.%基于《国际功能分类》ICF视角, 人们对残疾和残障的认识发生了深刻的变化.从个体、环境、活动的交互关系中考量特殊儿童行为调适策略, 在以知觉——动作学习理论为核心的全人疗愈训练中应用ICF理论要素:身体功能与结构、活动与参与、环境因素与个人因素, 以实现特殊儿童社会性适应能力的提升.知觉——动作学习理论是以动作发展为核心的, 动作发展能促进儿童的认知和语言的进步.基础动作能力的发展会改善特殊儿童的情绪和心理的问题.通过案例研究探讨动作康复对特殊儿童行为调适的有效性, 以期对特殊儿童康复教育提供借鉴.
