地方融资平台投融资管理的现状、问题与建议

摘要

地方融资平台的出现，为推进中国城市化进程作出了重要贡献。从微观和宏观层面分析地方融资平台在投融资管理上存在的诸多问题，有针对性地提出建议，构建科学的投融资机制来完善地方融资平台的投融资管理。%The emergence of local financing platform has made important contributions to promote China's urbaniza-tion process .By analyzing the problems of the investment and financing management of local financing platform from the micro and macro level ,this paper puts forward some corresponding proposals ,establishing scientific in-vestment and financing mechanisms to improve the investment and financing management of the local financing platform .
