强迫症的森田神经质性格与艾森克人格的研究

摘要

目的 探讨强迫症(obsessive-compulsive disorder,OCD)的森田神经质性格、艾森克人格(EPQ)特点及两者的相关性.方法 对49例强迫症患者(OCD)和50例正常对照(NC)分别进行森田神经质性格调查表、艾森克人格问卷、一般情况调查表测试,对数据进行t、非参数检验及相关分析.结果 ①OCD患者在森田神经质性格方面得分显著增高(t=10.786,P＜0.01);②41例强迫症患者的森田神经质性格的得分≥15分,占85.7%;20例症状加重的强迫症患者的森田神经质性格的得分全部>15分,占100%;不同严重程度的强迫症患者间森田神经质性格存在着显著差异(P＜0.01);③OCD组在精神质(P)、内外向(E)、掩饰性(L)方面显著低于对照组(t分别为-2.669,-2.993,-4.608,P＜0.01),而在神经质(N)方面显著高于对照组(t=10.786,P＜0.01);④森田神经质性格与神经质N存在着显著正相关(r=0.451,P＜0.01).结论 绝大多数强迫症患者,特别是症状加重的患者,具有典型的森田神经质性格,在诊治中应引起足够的重视.%Objective To explore the Morita neurotic character and Eysenck personality of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder ( OCD ) and their correlation. Methods Morita neurotic character questionnaire, Eysenck personality questionnaire and questionnaire on general situation were performed in 49 patients with OCD and 50 nomal subjects. The statistical analysis such as t, nonparametric test and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. Results ①Morita neurotic characters in OCD patients were significantly higher than that in normal controls( t = 10.786 ,P ＜ 0.01 ). ②Scores of Morita neurotic character in OCD were more than or equal to 15 in 41 patients( 85.7％ ). Scores of Morita neurotic character in 20 patients ( 100％ ) with serious symptoms were all more than or equal to 15. There was statistical difference in Morita neurotic character among patients with different severity of OCD( P ＜ 0.01 ). ③EPQ scores of P, E, L in OCD were significantly lower than those of nomal controls ( t = - 2. 669, - 2. 993, - 4. 608, P ＜ 0.01 ), but significantly higher in N( t = 10.786 ,P ＜ 0.01 ). ④Morita neurotic character of patients with OCD was positively correlated with Eysenck personality( r= 0.451 ,P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion Most of patients with OCD, especially the patients with serious symptoms, have typical Morita neurotic character, therefore, more attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment.
