IL-6基因多态性和中国汉族人群衰老关系的初步探讨

摘要

目的 研究白介素6(IL-6)基因多态性与中国汉族人群衰老的关系.方法 在482例(年轻236例,老年246例)沈阳地区健康汉族人群,采用Snapshot(微测序)的方法检测白介素6基因标签SNP(TagSNP) rs1524107位点的基因型,观察IL-6基因多态性与衰老的可能关系.结果 本研究证实在中国沈阳地区健康汉族人群中IL-6基因的TagSNP -rs1524107位点存在CC,TT,CT基因型.年轻人群基因型分布为CC型19例(8.05%),CT型82例(34.74%),TT型135例(57.20%);老年人群基因型分布为CC型21例(8.53%),CT型85例(34.55%),TT型140例(56.91%);rs1524107位点基因型分布在老年人群和年轻人群间没有统计学差异.结论 IL-6基因多态性与衰老未发现明显相关.%Objective To explore the relationship of the interleukin 6 gene polymorphism with Chinese Han population aging.Methods Snapshot ( mini -sequencing) method was used to detect the genotypes of interleukin 6 TagSNP rsl524107 locus in 482 healthy Han individuals in Shenyang ,and observe the possible relationship of interleukin-6 gene polymorphism with aging.Results CC,TT,CT genotypes of IL-6 gene TagSNP-rs 1524107 locus were found in the Shenyang Han healthy population .CC,CT and TT in aged population were found in 21(8.53% ) , 85 ( 34.55% ) , 140 ( 56.91 % ) , respectively, while 19 ( 8.05% ) , 82 (34.74% ) , 135 (57.20% ) in young population.The rs1524107 genotype distribution had no significant difference between the aging population and the young.Conclusion IL-6 gene polymorphism and aging are not significantly correlated .
