Arl4 c在结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨ADP-核糖基化样因子4C(ADP-ribosylation factor-like 4C,Arl4c)在结肠癌中的表达以及与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集结肠癌组织标本70例和正常结肠黏膜组织标本70例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测结肠癌组织及正常结肠黏膜中Arl4c的表达情况,并对其表达进行临床病理特征分析。结果 Arl4c在结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为55.7%,而在正常结肠黏膜中为11.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Arl4c在结肠癌中的表达在不同病理分化程度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不同性别、不同年龄、不同临床分期及有无淋巴结转移的患者中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Arl4c 在结肠癌中过表达,可能参与了结肠癌的发生发展,将可能成为结肠癌诊断治疗的新靶点。%Objective To explore the expression of Arl4c in colon cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological parameter of colon cancer. Methods A total of 70 cases of colon cancer and 70 cases of normal colon epithelium were collected. The expression of Arl4c was measured by immnohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of Arl4c and the clinical pathological parame-ter of colon cancer was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Arl4c in colon cancer tissues was 55. 7%, significantly higher than that in normal colon epithelium(P<0. 05). Positive expression of Arl4c was correlated with the differentiation(P<0. 05), but not correlated with gender, age, stage and lymph node metastasis(P >0. 05). Conclusion Arl4c is overexpressed in colon cancer,and it may be involved in colon cancer progression, and is considered as an attractive target for novel anticancer therapy.
