Bases on different views on the logic starting point of the localization of Marxism in China, the author discusses the unreasonable factors of these viewpoints and their epistemologies and methodologies, further, the author puts forward the view that ＂The logic starting point of localization of Marxism in China is process starting point＂.%在梳理国内学者关于马克思主义中国化逻辑起点各种观点的基础上，分析论证了各种观点及其在认识论和方法论方面存在的不合理性，进一步提出“马克思主义中国化逻辑起点是过程起点论”的观点．即从党的二大到党的六届六中全会这一历史过程中发生的重大事件都是马克思主义中国化的关键点，处于这一过程中的这些“点”连贯起来，共同构成马克思主义中国化的逻辑起点。
