论构建我国政府与市民的契约秩序

摘要

In order to be adapted to globalization in the development,the government should borrow experiences from Western countries,to regulate problems found in social and economic developments based on pacts,and promote the development.%为了适应经济全球化发展趋势,我国政府应借签西方国家的管理经验,建立规范的以契约为基础的社会秩序,以解决社会发展中出现的矛盾,促进经济的良性发展与社会的和谐发展。
