不同农业生产模式中农户对绿色农药的认知及采纳行为研究——基于北京海淀、山东寿光、黑龙江庆安三地的调查

摘要

As building a ＂ conservation--minded society＂ and ＂ environment--friendly society＂ and the related concepts were put forward in China, the cognition and adoption of green pesticide gradually become the focus of scholars. While many domestic and foreign scholars have studied the using situation, adoption behavior and influence factors of pesticides, there are few studies on the cognition and adoption of green pesticide in different agricultural production modes. This study, based on the investigations in Haidian Beijing, Shouguang Shandong, Qingan Heilongjiang, found that the best way to improve the cognition and using of green pesticide is the government as the first driving force promote the market behavior, and help the market form a complete and mature industry chain. Qingan Heilongjiang was particularly of refer- ence among the three modes.%随着我国提出建设“资源节约型社会”和“环境友好型社会”等相关概念，绿色农药的认知和采纳逐渐成为了学者们关注的焦点。然而，尽管国内外学者已经对农药的使用状况、农民采用农药的行为及对其产生影响的因素等进行了研究，但目前国内仍然缺乏针对不同农业生产模式中绿色农药的认知与采纳状况的研究。基于北京海淀、山东寿光、黑龙江庆安三地的调查进行研究，发现：政府作为第一推动力推动市场行为，并协助某一地域范围内的市场形成完整成熟的产业链——这种发展模式是提高绿色农药认知与使用的最佳方法。黑龙江庆安地区的农业生产模式在三种模式中尤为值得借鉴。
