枣发育过程中不同部位果皮矿质元素含量变化的研究

     

摘要

In order to study the impact of mineral elements on the cracking of the jujube fruit,the content of different mineral elements in different parts of ‘Huping’ jujube fruit peel was analysed.The results showed that the major mineral element content in jujube fruit peel was potassium (K)> calcium(Ca)> magnesium(Mg)> iron(Fe) > zinc(Zn)>manganese(Mn).The content of Ca and Mg were decreased in 35 d after full bloom,and the content of Mn,Fe and Zn were decreased in 50 d after full bloom.By analysing the content of these mineral elements in different tissue,the results showed that Mg,Fe and Zn content around the style were significantly higher than that in the stalk and equator of jujube fruit in 50 days and 65 days after full bloom,while Mn content around the stalk were significantly higher than that in the style of the jujube fruit in 50 days and 65 days after full bloom.%为了研究枣果实中不同矿质元素对枣裂果的影响,对壶瓶枣果实不同部位的果皮进行矿质元素含量的分析.结果表明,枣果实果皮中主要矿质元素含量大小顺序为:钾(K)>钙(Ca)>镁(Mg)>铁(Fe)>锌(Zn)>锰(Mn),其中,Ca和Mg的含量在盛花后35 d呈现下降趋势,Mn、Fe、Zn含量在盛花后50 d呈现下降趋势.对这些矿质元素的组织差异性分析表明,Mg、Fe、Zn含量在盛花后50 d和65 d时,果底显著高于果肩和赤道部,Mn含量在盛花后50d和65 d时,果肩显著高于果底.
