万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂对尖孢镰刀菌侵染活性的影响

摘要

用万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂对尖孢镰刀菌侵染活性进行研究.结果表明,万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂能够使尖孢镰刀菌的菌膜透性增大,导致病原菌活力降低,侵染活性也随之下降；同时能够通过降低尖孢镰刀菌的纤维素酶和β-D-葡萄糖苷酶的活性,从而使尖孢镰刀菌的侵染力下降.万寿菊杀菌素水乳剂能够通过降低尖孢镰刀菌的侵染活性而起到抑菌和保护植物的作用.%In this paper, the influence of Aqueous Emulsion (AE) of Tagetes on Fusarium oxysporum infect activity is studied. The results showed that, Aqueous Emulsion (AE) of Tagetes enables the Fusarium oxysporum fungus membrane permeability to increase, so that the plasma membrane function of pathogenic bacteria biological is damaged, causing the pathogen cell dysfunction, leading to the pathogen being inhibited even being killed eventually. At the mean time, it made the infection of Fusarium oxysporum decreased and inhibit the mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum through reducing the cellulase and β-D-glucosidase activity of biofilm cell wall. These results indicate that Aqueous Emulsion ( AE ) of Tagetes, to a very great extent, has a damaging effect on Fusarium oxysporum biofilm.
