以高粱的有效成分为基础,在经济用高粱的基础上,创新性地提出药食兼用高粱的新概念.针对目前国内慢性病多发的现状开发,通过研究在高粱品种选育阶段开发出药食兼用品种,赋予高粱更高的健康价值.以高粱资源的药用和食用价值开发为着眼点,提出以高粱资源的食用营养成分、药理活性物质为科学依据,以药用活性成分及食用营养成分为首要选育目标,选育药用价值和营养价值高的药食两用高粱新品种,以拓展现有的高粱育种模式,构建高粱药食用途育种技术体系的新设想,开辟以高粱为主要原材料的新型功能食品研究方向.%Sorghum bicolor is widely accepted as a traditional food for thousand years,and it values with medical effect for human health.It is worthy of combining its food-like and drug-like effects in the process of breeding,and this will increase the values of sorghum planting.Based on the nutritional ingredients and pharmacological chemicals in sorghum,the novel sorghum lines will be identified with increased concentration of effective pharmacological-active chemicals for the purpuse of manufacturing functionalized food.
