分子标记在豆科药食兼用植物研究中的应用

摘要

药食兼用豆科植物除日常食用外,还具有滋补身体、防治疾病的功效.详细阐述了分子标记技术在豆科药食兼用植物遗传多样性分析、种质资源鉴定、遗传图谱构建、基因定位、分子标记辅助育种等诸多方面的应用研究.今后应深度挖掘基因组特异分子标记,加强豆科药食兼用植物药用植物活性成分和遗传机制等方面的研究.%Leguminous plants used as both medicines and foods can nourish the body and prevent diseases.This paper describes the application research of genetic diversity analysis,germplasm identification,genetic map construction,gene mapping and molecular marker-assisted breeding of the molecular markers in Leguminous plants used as both medicines and foods.The development of genome specific molecular markers can enhance the research of active components and genetic mechanism in medicinal plants.
