PUF蛋白的研究进展

摘要

RNA binding proteins has a very important role in cell metabolism,and the characteristics of PUF protein which is one of those proteins is to have the base recognition specificity.PUF protein exists in most eukaryotes and plays an important role in the process of gene regulation.Its special structure gives the unique function which is base recognition.This feature makes PUF protein to have many potential usages.To understand PUF protein,we summarized the research progress of PUF protein,including the recognition specificity,structural and functional studies.%RNA结合蛋白在细胞代谢中有非常重要的作用,PUF蛋白作为其中的特点之一在于其具有碱基识别特异性.在大多数真核生物中都存在PUF蛋白,并且在基因调控过程中起到了重要的作用.其独特的结构赋予了PUF蛋白特有的碱基识别功能,而这让PUF蛋白具有很多可以开发的潜在用途.为了解PUF蛋白的研究进展,综合了近些年来对于PUF蛋白的相关研究,包括PUF蛋白的识别特异性、结构研究与功能研究等方面.
