The effects of different concentrations combination of DSC, IBA, NAA and KT, IBA, NAA on adventitious root growth of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. were studied in 1/2 MS medium supplemented with IBA 0.4 mg/L, NAA 0.4 mg/L and DSC 2.0 mg/L. The results showed that the combination of DSC and IBA, NAA had better effect on adventitious root culture than KT and IBA, NAA, and IBA had the best effect on adventitious root culture. Tthe best hormone combination was 2.0 mg/L DSC and 0.4 mg/L IBA for adventitious root culture of Polygala tenuifolia Willd..%以远志无根苗在附加IBA 0.4 mg/L,NAA 0.4 mg/L,DSC 2.0 mg/L的1/2 MS培养基中分化出来的根作为供试材料,考察了不同质量浓度的DSC和IBA,NAA的组合以及KT和IBA,NAA的组合,对远志不定根生长的影响.结果 表明,IBA和NAA与DSC的组合对远志不定根的培养效果优于与KT的组合,且IBA对不定根培养物增殖的效果最好,远志不定根培养的最佳激素组合为DSC 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L.
