治蜀甚有声:汪应辰在蜀治绩考述

摘要

汪应辰于1164年底至1169年底受命担任四川制置使.期间他始终以爱民为念,尽力革除当时蜀中诸多民政弊端,减轻百姓负担;面对1167年夏秋蜀中大旱,他充分了解各地灾情,措置赈灾济民有方,使百姓安然度过灾荒.同时,他还积极措置川蜀边防事宜,并出于公正公论,极力向朝廷荐举蜀中人才.正因汪应辰在蜀期间爱民如亲,治绩突出,宋孝宗高度称赞他"治蜀甚有声,且留意民事如此".汪应辰在蜀突出治绩从实践上充分诠释了他那系斯民之休戚为甚切的爱民思想,给后人以深刻启迪.%WANG Yingchen held the post of Zhi Zhi Shi(an official title)in Sichuan from 1164 to 1169.He was always more concerned about the people, and abolished many abuses of the civil administration in Sichuan to relieve the burden of the masses.During the great drought of Sichuan in the summer and autumn of 1167, he asked for information of the drought fully, and took a series of measures to well relieve the people in stricken areas.In the same time,he arranged the matters of frontier defense in Sichuan positively, and did his utmost to recommend Sichuan's talents to the imperial court.The prominent achievements in WANG Yingchen's official career in Sichuan were highly praised by the emperor Song Xiaozong as well as his love for people.WANG's administration in Sichuan fully reflected his deep love for people in practice, which gives profound enlightenment to later generations.
