高职院校计算机实训基地一体化管理模式探讨

摘要

文章结合学院新校区实训室建设的契机，分析原有的承包式管理存在的问题，构建了行政架构上、管理工作上、管理手段上三个相结合的计算机实训基地一体化管理模式，并在新校区实训室管理中具体实施，并初见成效。%At the construction of labs in the new campus ,problems with the old mode of Contract management for the computer labs are analyzed and a new integrated mode combining the administrative frame ,managing measures and managing methods is constructed .The new mode has been implemented in the new campus and some achievements have made .
