高职学生的数学学习与其性格差异有着密切的关联。作为数学老师,要提高学生的数学学习能力,必须从学生的性格入手。本文首先通过问卷调查,初步了解一所高职学校建工班级学生的性格特征,再对照他们平时的数学学习的表现,找出对数学学习有不良影响的性格特征。针对不利于学生进行数学学习的性格,初步提出改善的方法,这对帮助高职学生的数学学习有很大的意义。%Mathematics learning of higher vocational students is intimately related with the difference in learners’ personality .T herefore , starting with the students’ personality is the only way for the math teacher to improve their students’ mathematic study capability .To begin with questionnaire survey ,this paper has got a general knowledge of character traits of civil engineering students from a vocational college . T hen in contrast with their usual performance of mathematics learning ,negative character traits upon mathematics learning are found out .As to those negative character traits ,countermeasures are put forward ,w hich is of great importance for higher vocational students to improve their mathematics learning .
