In the course of deepening teaching reformation in higher school,complete improvement on quality of higher education and implementation of quality engineering of higher education,novel modes of undergraduate talents cultivation are being explored in many colleges and universities,and each experimental class in accordance with their own school-running characteristics has been established.The undergraduate experimental class of chemistry in department of chemistry of Shangqiu normal university has been set up in 2008.The reformation and practice in talents training mode,talents training program,curriculum system,teaching plan and teaching content,teaching method,practice link,teaching operation and management mechanism,teaching organization form,scientific research training,extracurricular scientific and technological innovation are being implemented and thereby we are also exploring a new way to the innovative,integrated talents cultivation in chemistry major.%在深化高等学校教学改革,全面提高高等教育质量,贯彻实施高等教育＂质量工程＂的过程中,许多高校不断探索新的本科人才培养模式,并相继创办了符合自身办学特色的实验班.我校化学系于2008年设立了化学本科实验班,通过实验班的建立与实施,积极进行人才培养模式、人才培养方案、课程体系、教学计划和教学内容、教学方法、实践环节、教学运行和管理机制、教学组织形式、科研训练、课外科技创新活动等多方面的改革与实践,力求在化学专业培养创新性、复合型高素质人才方面探索出一条新路.
