更昔洛韦在单壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为

         

摘要

运用循环伏安法研究了更昔洛韦在单壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,提出了一种简便、准确、灵敏的检测药物更昔洛韦的电化学分析方法.在pH 4.0的0.04 M B-R(磷酸+冰醋酸+硼酸)缓冲溶液中,更昔洛韦在单壁碳纳米管修饰电极上于1.08 V电位处有一峰形很好的氧化峰.与裸玻碳电极相比,更昔洛韦在单壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电位负移了近30 mV,峰电流增加了近15倍,表明该修饰电极对更昔洛韦有较强的电催化作用.在最佳的试验条件下,氧化峰电流与更昔洛韦在3.5×10-7~1.2×10-5 M浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为1.8×10-8 M.该方法可用于药剂中更昔洛韦的分析.%In this paper , the electrochemical behavior of ganciclovir at a single -wall carbon nanotube ( SWCNT )-modified glassy carbon electrode ( GCE) is investigated by voltammetry .In a 0.04 M B-R buffer solution ( pH 4.0), ganciclovir exhibits a sensitive oxidation peak at ca .1.08 V ( vs.SCE).Compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode , the potential shifts negatively ca .30 mV, and the current increase nearly 15 times.The results show that the modified electrode has a high electrocatalytic activity toward ganciclovir .Under the optimal working conditions , the oxidation peak current of ganciclovir is linear with its concentration in the range of 3 .5 ×10 -7 ~1.2 ×10 -5 M and the detection limit is 1.8 ×10 -8 M.The proposed method is simple , rapid and sensitive , and can be used for determination of gancicloir in pharmaceutical formulation .
