副语言与语用误解的关系研究

摘要

There is a close relationship between paralanguage and pragmatic misunderstanding .Paralanguage includes intonation , tone, pause and speed of speaking and so on , which is the expression of true feeling , more reliable that vocal language .Owing to different cultural background , national characteristics and values , the pragmatic misunderstanding caused by paralanguage differs .So to commu-nicate smoothly with foreigners , we need to learn more about western culture and language regulations and the usage of paralanguage . Only in this way can we communicate smoothly to improve our pragmatic efficiency in cross -cultural communication .%　　副语言与语用误解关系紧密。语调、语气、停顿、语速等属于副语言范畴。在日常交流中，它们主要对语言交际起辅助作用。副语言是真情的流露，反映说话人的真实态度、心理活动和价值观念，比有声语言更具有可信性。由于中西文化传统、性格特征与价值观的不同，由副语言引起的语用误解也不一样。学习英语国家的文化、语言规则如副语言的表达与理解等，注意观察西方人在交流时副语言的运用，才能避免出现由副语言引起的语用误解，帮助人们在对外交往中，提高语用效果，让交流顺畅、和谐。
