西安文化建设战略与周公“仁政”的继承

摘要

The formulation of urban cultural construction strategy should focus on socialist core value. The building of cultural construction strategy in Xi＇an and Guan Zhong, in the process of ＂People Oriented＂, should inherit and make full play of the idea of ＂benevolent ruling＂ proposed by Zhong Gong. In terms of urban cultural strategy, Xi＇an should be built as ＂the Oriental Benevolent Capital＂,which should be set as its aim to attain. Modern technological means should be adopted to publicize the image of Xi＇an. The implication of ecological balance protection in ＂benevolent ruling＂ should be explored with great efforts to promote the green design and construction.＂ Attention should be paid to ＂the poetic＂ feature made ＂in courtesy in music＂.%城市文化建设战略的制定，应该紧紧围绕社会主义核心价值观念。西安和关中的文化建设战略，在树立“以人为本”过程中，应该充分继承和发挥周公“仁政”思想。在城市文化战略上，要以将西安建设成“东方仁都”为奋斗目标；要借助现代科技手段，宣传西安的文化形象；并大力发掘周公“仁政”中维护生态平衡的思想内涵，推进“绿色化”设计和建造；注重周公“制礼作乐”奠定的“诗意化”特征。
