生物体中多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的分布及毒性效应

摘要

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are a kind of fire retardant that exists widely in the living environment. PBDEs become a major focus in the environmental science due to the pollution problem. This paper introduces distribution of PBDEs in orga-nism and toxic effects including thyroid toxicity, nervous system toxicity, hepatotoxicity, reproduction and development of toxicity and immune toxicity. The corresponding toxicity mechanism is discussed, providing practical and reliable theoretical supports of biology effect caused by PBDEs, and drawing the public attention to this kind of fire retardant.%多溴联苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)作为阻燃剂广泛存在于人们的生活环境中,因其存在污染问题成为当前环境科学领域研究的一大热点.通过分析近年来多溴联苯醚在生物体中的分布情况和甲状腺毒性、神经系统毒性、肝脏毒性、生殖发育毒性、免疫毒性等效应,阐述了多溴联苯醚的毒性机理.目的是为多溴联苯醚对生物体造成的影响提供切实可靠的理论支持,引起人们对此类阻燃剂的关注与重视.
