液晶屏屏蔽罩螺丝拆卸平台的研制

摘要

In order to solve the removal issue of the screw on two sides of LCD shield cover, LCD shield cover screw removal platform is designed. The system is based on LabVIEW software development. With mechanical design, servo drives, target recognition and human-computer interaction technology, the system can disassemble LCD shield cover side screws in physical approach which is the subsequent guarantee of glass panel, internal circuit boards separation and recycling of rare metals.%为解决液晶屏显示器拆解中的屏蔽罩侧边螺丝拆卸问题，设计了液晶屏屏蔽罩螺丝拆卸平台。该系统运用LabVIEW软件开发，配合机械结构设计、伺服驱动、目标识别和人机交互技术，以物理的方法拆卸液晶屏屏蔽罩侧边螺丝，为后续分离显示器玻璃面板、内部线路板和回收稀有金属提供了保障。
