Great development has been achieved since the foundation of new China, but the phenomenon of discrepancy remains common. Only through advancing the reformation and creativity of police education based on information technology can we cultivate really specialized, creative and international policemen. At the same time, it is important to strengthen education and training for policemen in order to improve the effectiveness of police organ. Training and practice based on wireless networks is a new educational mode of public security organization. Mobile multimedia education system is a new learning model and it is a hot spot of educational technology for policemen.
