俄罗斯警察警械使用法律制度由俄罗斯联邦法律规定，内容包括警察使用警械的原则、条件和程序等，其立法阶位高，法律规定系统、全面、细致，可操作性强，并注重与其他强制手段的衔接，对完善我国警械使用法律制度具有借鉴意义。。%Russia’s legal system of using police apparatus, regulated by the Russian federal legislations, includes the principles, the conditions and the procedures of using police apparatus and so on. It merits China’s attention to its high legal status, detailed regulations on the conditions and procedures, the operability and systematicness of its regulations, and its coordination with other coercive measures, which is of great reference value to China in the development of the same legal system.
