公安民警心理压力大的成因分析及对策研究

To strengthen the policemen’s psychological work is not only important content of present police force building but also a requisite for improving combat effectiveness. The countermeasures of police agencies to promote policemen’s psychological heath include reinforcing all policemen’s psychological education, enchancing the construction of its standardization, strengthening the cultivation of its talents, quickening the filing of all policemen’s psychological health, speeding up the cultural construction, making more favored policies for police, steping up the construction of standardized hardware of pyschological health centres and so on.%　　加强民警心理健康工作是当前公安队伍建设的重要内容，也是提升队伍战斗力的客观要求。公安机关深入推进民警心理健康工作的对策包括：加强全警心理健康教育；推动民警心理健康工作规范化建设；加强心理健康工作人才库建设；加快全员心理建档；强化队伍文化建设；深化爱警惠警政策；推进心理健康中心硬件标准化建设等。
