随着电子商务、跨境汇付及物流寄送等相关领域服务的日趋完善，在不断推进全球贸易一体化的同时，也为跨国犯罪的滋生提供了温床。特别是在假药犯罪领域，不法分子利用各国监管政策差异较大、境外需求市场广阔等条件，跨境实施制售药品犯罪。因此，要从经侦实务出发，从信息流、物流、资金流等入手，结合侦办实践，剖析犯罪特点、蔓延成因，研判发展趋势，并从“打、防、管、控”角度，提出针对性策略。%With the perfection of such service industries as E-commerce, transnational remittance and express delivery and so on, the promotion of international trade provides the frame for international crimes, especially crime in the faking medicines. These illegal guys take advantage of large differences between supervision policies of different countries and great international medicine demands to commit the transnational crime of faking and selling medicines. As such, the economic investigators should begin with information, logistics, fund lfow and, analyze crime characteristics, causes of diffusion and predict the development trend and ifnally put forward countermeasures related with combat, prevention, management and control.
