While police were catching a suspect, cadet interns witnessed police instructors assaulted and injured by the suspect. Three days after the incident, psychologists debriefed these 5 cadets involved in catching the suspect and psychologically intervened according to the principle of CISD. On 3rd day and 3rd month psychological interveners conducted their psychological evaluation by the means of self-reporting Inventories(SCL-90) and team cohesiveness evaluation forms. The results showed that by psychological intervention, the cadets were psychologically better; Variables of SCL-90 concerning somatization, obsessive compulsive disorder, sensitiveness to interpersonal relationship, depression,worry, hostility, fear, paranoia and so on declined; Variables concerning team cohesiveness in terms of emotional consistency, task consistency and behavioral consistency tended to rise. Practice indicates that CISD is not only psychologically beneifcial to cadet individuals but also to the enhancement of team cohesiveness.%在一次警方抓捕嫌疑人的过程中,实习学警目睹带教民警遭遇嫌疑人袭击受伤。事后第3天,心理学干预者对5名现场参与抓捕的学警应用紧急事件应急晤谈( CISD)原理进行心理危机干预。心理学干预者在带教民警遇袭事件后第3天和第3个月采用症状自评量表( SCL-90)和团队凝聚力量表分别进行两次心理评估。结果表明:经过心理干预,目击学警的心理健康状况呈现显著性改善,SCL-90总分下降,躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执得分均有所下降;学警团体凝聚力中情感一致性、任务一致性、行为一致性评分呈上升趋势。实践表明:紧急事件应急晤谈( CISD)不仅有益于学警个体心理健康,还有利于提升团队凝聚力。
