Sphingobium sp.和Delftia sp.复合降解苯酚的研究

         

摘要

Two new phenol - degrading strains,Sphingobium sp. And Delftia sp. Were isolated. The binary mixed culture of the two strains suspension (each OD600 0.4) with equal volumes possessed good potential for phenol removal. The previous three factors influencing the phenol removal were pH, inoculation and phenol concentration by the Plackett - Burman design. The appropriate conditions of phenol biodegradation by the binary mixed culture were pH 6. 0 and 3. 5 percent of inoculation. Under this condition , 500 mg · L phenol can be completely degraded in 28 h by the binary mixed culture, and the phenol degradation rate decreased with the phenol concentration. This process is more fast and efficient than phenol removal by a single strain.%将已分离获得的两株苯酚降解菌Sphingobium sp.和Delftia sp.按1∶1 (V/V)复合后降解苯酚的效果显著.通过Plackett - Burman试验设计得出影响两株菌复合降解苯酚的3个主效应因素分别是pH,苯酚,接种量;并由单因素试验得出复合降解苯酚的有利条件是:pH 6.0,接种量3.5%,苯酚的复合降解率随苯酚含量的增高而降低.在这个条件下,两株菌1∶1 (V/V)复合后28 h内即可将500 mg·L-1苯酚完全降解,比单个菌株降解苯酚明显缩短了时间.
