QuEChERS-HPLC同时测定蔬果中残留氨基甲酸酯类和苯甲酰脲类农药

         

摘要

A QuEChERS high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method for the determination of carbamate and benzoylurea pesticides in vegetables and fruits was established. The recovery rate of pesticide components is between 70. 5% and 118.5%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD)is between 2. 6% and 9. 8%. The detection limit is between 0. 02 ~ 0. 30 mg/kg, meeting the requirements of the national standard for the detection limit. The developed method is rapid, simple, economical and environment-friendly, and is easy to be popularized in local inspection institutions.%建立了采用QuEChERS-高效液相色谱法 (QuEChERS-HPLC) 测定蔬菜水果中残留的氨基甲酸酯类和苯甲酰脲类农药的检测方法.农药组份回收率在70.5%~118.5%之间, 相对标准偏差 (RSD) 在2.6%~9.8%之间, 方法的检出限为0.02~0.30 mg/kg, 满足国标检测限量要求.该方法具有快速、简便、经济、环保的特点, 便于在地方检测机构推广.
