经电解的压载水对压载舱的初期腐蚀行为

     

摘要

为研究经电解的压载水对压载舱初期的腐蚀行为,采用静态挂片失重、电化学测试及腐蚀产物表面形貌对比等手段研究余氯浓度、腐蚀时间对碳钢初期腐蚀行为的影响.研究结果表明:电解压载水具有较强的腐蚀性;经电解压载水腐蚀产生的腐蚀产物层致密,且余氯浓度越高,腐蚀产物层越厚;电解处理过的压载水中的有效余氯不会明显加速涂层金属的腐蚀失效.该结果对日后压载舱的防腐蚀设计以及压载水电解处理装置在船舶上的推广应用具有重要的意义.%In order to study the early corrosion behavior of ballast tank caused by the electrolyzed ballast water, static weight-loss measurement, electrochemical test and contrast of corrosion surface morphology are used to study the influence of Total Residual Chlorine ( TRC) and the corroding time on the early corrosion behavior of carbon steel. The experimental results show that the electrolyzed ballast water is very corrosive; the corrosion product layer in the electrolyzed ballast water is denser than that in sea water, and the thickness of the corrosion product layer increases with the increase of TRC concentration; the available residual chlorine in the electrolyzed ballast water can not significantly accelerate the corrosion failure of coated metal. This study is of importance for the corrosion prevention design of ballast tank in the future and the popularization and application of electrolysis treatment equipment on ships.
