AIS和北斗终端组合在船舶动态监控中的应用

     

摘要

In order to overcome the performance limitations of Automatic Identification System ( AIS) , the AVR microprocessor Atmega128 is selected as the kernel processor to study the application prospect and implementation of the combination of AIS and Beidou terminal in dynamic ship monitoring. AIS and Beidou terminal are responsible for transmitting ships' information and ships' location information to Atmega128 respectively, and the Atmega128 sends these information to the Beidou terminal after decoding and encoding. Although AIS is limited by the communication distance during the sea voyage, the Beidou terminal can transmit the information of the ship successfully. Meanwhile, Atmega128 transmit the other ships' information received by AIS to PC for displaying and monitoring. Ship locating function and Beidou terminal' s two-way communication capability make the ship monitoring range extend from offshore areas to distant waters, and make the ship monitoring and management more standard and effective.%为克服自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)性能的限制,以AVR Atmega128微处理器为核心处理器,研究AIS和北斗终端组合在船舶动态监控中应用的前景和实现方式.AIS 和北斗终端分别负责将船舶信息和船舶定位信息发送给Atmega128,Atmega128将这些信息解码、编码后发送给北斗终端.在远洋航行中,尽管AIS受到通信距离的限制,但是可以通过北斗终端成功发送本船信息;同时,Atmega128将AIS收到的他船信息发给上位机,用于船舶信息显示和监控.船舶定位和北斗终端的双向通信功能可以使船舶的监控范围由近海扩展到远洋,让船舶监控和管理更加规范和有效.
