基于Google Earth的多源海事信息三维发布方法

摘要

为提升海事信息服务质量和效率,研究将Google Earth技术应用于海事信息领域的方法.该研究运用信息融合技术对多源海事信息进行数据融合处理；通过建立面向对象的时空数据模型对多源海事信息实施有效的分类管理；基于开放式KML数据标准,构建Google Earth环境中多源海事信息发布方法和框架；实现以接近真实视觉的三维可视化形式在Google Earth上发布各类海事信息.该方法对增强和定制Google Earth在海事中的功能和应用具有很好的参考价值.%To enhance the quality and efficiency of maritime information services, the method of applying Google Earth to the field of maritime information is studied. Information fusion technology is applied to the multisource maritime information in order to conduct data fusion processing; a subject-oriented spatio-temporal data model is built to effectively classify and manage the multisource maritime information; the publishing method and framework of multisource maritime information on Google Earth is constructed based on the open KML data standard; maritime information publishing is realized on Google Earth through a 3D visual pattern, which is close to the real vision. The method shows a good reference value for the enhancement and customization of the function and application of Google Earth in maritime field.
