捆绑销售下易腐食品生产排程

摘要

In order to combine production scheduling with marketing effectively,reduce shelf life loss, production cost and inventory level,improve order fulfillment rate,and maximize corporate profits,the production scheduling of perishable food is researched under bundling selling. The resource constraint, ordering constraint and inventory constraint are constructed considering the factors of production volume, production preparation and product switching under the constraints of the production time and demand re-lationship of bundled products. A production scheduling model of perishable food is built with shelf life constraint based on the typical parallel machine scheduling model. The Gurobi 5. 0 is used to solve it. The results show that the model can effectively combine production scheduling with bundling selling under the premise of order fulfillment,and control the shelf life loss.%为使生产排程与市场销售有效结合，降低保质期损耗，缩减生产成本，降低库存水平和提高订单履约率，实现企业利润最大化，研究捆绑销售策略下的易腐食品的生产排程．在捆绑产品生产时间和需求关系约束下考虑生产批量、生产准备、产品切换等因素，构建资源约束、排序约束和库存约束．在典型并行设备生产排程模型基础上创建基于保质期约束的易腐食品生产排程模型．运用Gurobi 5．0进行求解．结果表明，该模型在确保订单履约的前提下，可有效地将生产排程与捆绑销售相结合，达到控制保质期损耗的目的．
