社会性别视角下农村妇女参与村庄治理分析——以河南省为例

With the promotion of China＇s democratization in rural grassroots, women＇s participation in village governance has improved to a certain extent, and meanwhile shows different characteristics. Based on the field research in Henan province, this paper adopts gender perspectives, examines women＇ s political participation in the background of the social roles shaped both by men and women as well as village＇ s power structure, and makes a comparative analysis on the situation of political participation between different female groups.%随着中国农村基层民主化程度的提高，农村妇女在村庄治理参与水平方面有所提升，并呈现出多样化的特点。以河南省为例，立足于中国社会转型的大背景，采用社会性别的分析视角，将农村妇女参与置于男女两性共同塑造的社会角色和权力结构中来考察，并对不同妇女群体在村庄治理中的参与状况进行比较分析可以发现，村庄正式权力机构中性别比例严重失衡，女性在党支部和村委会中的任职比例很低，非体制精英在村庄政治中成为El益重要的一个群体，但跻身于这一群体中的女性数量也十分有限，普通妇女作为农村妇女中的主体，其政治权利极易被忽视或被男性随意代表。
