48周太极拳、快走和广场舞运动对老年女性骨密度的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨相同周期及锻炼频率的太极拳、快走和广场舞运动对老年女性骨密度(BMD)的影响,为运动健身提升老年人骨质结构、预防骨质疏松提供依据.方法年龄、身高和体重相匹配的太极组、快走组和广场组老年女性进行为期48周(5次/周)的运动干预,测试其腰椎和右侧股骨近端BMD的变化.结果:1)48周与0周组内比较,太极组的腰椎L2-4和股骨颈BMD显著升高(P<0.05);2)48周后组间比较,太极组腰椎L2-4和股骨颈BMD显著大于对照组(P<0.05),腰椎L2-4BMD显著大于广场组(P<0.05).结论 :48周的太极拳运动能够增加老年女性腰椎L2-4、股骨颈BMD;快走和广场舞提升BMD的效果不明显,但能延缓因增龄引起的BMD下降.%Objective: Compare the effects of Taichi, brisk walking and square dance on the bone mineral density (BMD) of the elderly women in the same period and exercise frequency, and to provide evidence for the prevention of osteoporosis. Methods: Age, height and weight of the Tai Chi Group, brisk walking group and square group for 48 weeks (5 times/week) of exercise intervention, test the changes of the lumbar spine and the proximal femur BMD. Results: 1) Between 48 and 0 weeks in group: Taichi Group L2-4 of the lumbar spine and femoral neck BMD increased significantly (P <0.05); 2) After 48 weeks between the two groups: Tai Chi Group L2-4 of the lumbar spine and femoral neck BMD was significantly higher than that of Control group (P<0.05), lumbar L2-4 BMD was significantly higher than square group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Taichi exercise in 48 weeks increased the L2-4 of lumbar spine and femoral neck in elderly women BMD. Brisk walking and square dance to improve the effect of BMD is not obvious, but can delay the decline of BMD due to aging.
