普通高校体育课堂教学质量评估体系重构

         

摘要

Based on the analysis of the insufficient P.E.teaching quality evaluation index system in colleges and universities,in the combination of the methods of survey,factor analysis and hierarchi-cal analysis (AHP),this paper reconstructed both "teaching"and "learning"in P.E.class teach-ing quality evaluation index system,and calculated the weight of each index through the question-naire survey;statistical analysis was made on the concern and attention of college students’class-room teaching quality evaluation,reverse proofed the influence of PE teaching quality factors (col-lege students to participate in the evaluation of teaching,evaluation of teaching attitude and cognitive knowledge);the characteristics and significance of the new multi element evaluation were also ana-lyzed .The new evaluation index system includes 5 first level indicators:teaching effect (weight 43. 4%),teaching attitude (weight 15.3%),teaching content (weight 8.6%),teaching methods (weight 21.2%),occupation quality (weight 11.5%),and 17 second level indexes;The new e-valuation index system can:1 )realize the evaluation of teaching and evaluation of learning;2) stick to the system theory and realize the diversification of evaluation;3)pay more attention to the teachers'self -evaluation,dilute leadership assessment.The new evaluation system under the guid-ance of system theory,gradually established a division of labor system that involves in college sports macro management,professional structure,peers,active participation of PE teachers and students, to facilitate substantive change of evaluate division labor mode.%在剖析现有普通高校体育课堂教学质量评估指标体系不足的基础上,运用调查法、因子分析法与层次分析(AHP)法,重构兼顾“教”与“学”的体育课堂教学质量评估指标体系,并计算出各指标的权重。通过问卷调查统计分析大学生对课堂教学质量评估的关注点与关注程度,反映影响大学生体育课堂教学质量参与因素(评教认知、评教态度与知识储备);分析了新评估体系多元评估参与主体的特征与意义。新的评估指标体系包括教学效果(权重43.4%)、教学态度(权重15.3%)、教学内容(权重8.6%)、教学方法(权重21.2%)、职业素养(权重11.5%)5个一级指标,与17个二级指标。新评估指标体系实现:1)兼顾评教与评学;2)坚持系统论观点,实现多元化评价;3)重视教师自评,淡化领导评价。新评估体系在遵循系统理论指导下,力求逐步建立起以高校体育宏观管理、专业结构、同行、体育教师以及大学生积极参与的分工体系,促成评估分工模式实质性转变。
