为了有效防止传统体育非遗在传承的过程中流失或消亡,应当加强对体育非遗的法律保护.可以选择著作权和专利权对我国传统体育非遗进行静态性保护,同时选择商标权对传统体育非遗进行动态性的保护,即对其开发利用着手保护.为使我国的传统体育非遗能够获得法律的有效保护,应当加快专项立法和地方立法,同时还要逐步完善与体育法相配套的法规.%In order to prevent the loss and extinction of traditional sports intangible cultural heritage effectively in the process of inheriting, it is deserved to strengthen the legal protection for the heritage.
