胜任力模式在中医院新护士岗前培训中应用的探讨

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the application and effect evaluation of competency model in the pre job training for new nurses in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine .Methods Select 63 nurses hired in 2012 as the control group ,the traditional training mode ;60 nurses hired in 2013 as experimental group , taking the competency based training mode .Results T heoretical and experimental group nurses and exami‐nation scores were significantly higher than those in the control group ;Experimental group nurses satisfac‐tion to the training mode is markedly higher than that of control group ;Comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the test group was higher than that of control group .Conclusion Competency model in favor of the new nurses to quickly adapt to the new environment ,improve the ability to solve problems ,and pro‐mote the occupation career planning .%目的:探讨胜任力模式在中医院新护士岗前培训中的应用及效果评价。方法选取2012年新入职的63名护士为对照组,采用传统的培训模式。2013年新入职的60名护士为试验组,采取以胜任力为核心的培训模式。结果试验组护士的理论及操作考核成绩明显高于对照组,试验组护士对培训模式的满意度明显高于对照组,试验组护士综合素质评价明显高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论胜任力模式有利于新护士快速适应新环境,提高解决问题的能力,并促进其职业生涯的规划。
