水胶体透明贴预防化疗药物引起静脉炎的效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Comfeel transparent dressing instead of 3M‐sterilization transparent film on the prevention of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy drugs on the puncture sites .Meth‐ods 192 patients treated with chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the con‐trast group .The puncture site of the observation group was covered with Comfeel transparent dressing ex‐tending upward to the place of 7cm away from the puncture point .The contrast group was fixed with 3M‐Sterilization transparent film after puncture .Results The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group and the contrast group was 8 .33% and 43 .75% respectively( P < 0 .01) .Conclusion Comfeel transparent dressing can be used to produce good preventive effect on phlebitis caused by chemotherapy drugs .%目的：观察康惠尔水胶体透明贴代替普通3M 灭菌透明贴膜固定穿刺部位预防化疗药物引起的静脉炎效果。方法将192例化疗病人随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组用规格为10cm ×10cm的康惠尔水胶体透明贴覆盖穿刺部位并延伸至穿刺静脉走向上方7cm处。对照组穿刺成功后只用普通3 M 灭菌透明贴膜固定。结果观察组、对照组静脉炎发生率分别为8．33％和43．75％，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．01）。结论康惠尔水胶体透明贴预防化疗药物引起的静脉炎疗效显著，及时预防性地使用，可有效控制和减少静脉炎的发生，不仅能增加患者满意度，减少病人痛苦，还可以减轻护士工作量。
