顶底角钢带腹板双角钢半刚性连接的试验研究

         

摘要

Several joints characteristics of energy dissipation through pseudo-static experiments on five full-scale specimens under cyclic load are mainly analyzed. The joints are top and seat angle semi-rigid connections and top and seat angle with double web angle semi-rigid connections in steel frames. Strain conditions of the part in beam-to-column joints and deformation conditions of panel zone of joints have been recorded in the experiment. This paper gives M-θr hysteretic curves of different kinds of joints through experiments. Initial connection stiffness (R0), joint moment when the experiment terminates (Mmax), relative rotation in beam-to-column joint (θr) and plastic moment of beam cross-section (Mpb) are calculated. Some results that are beneficial to design and construct are given through experiments.%通过5个原型试件在循环荷载作用下的拟静力试验,分析了各种节点的能量耗散机制.这些节点是在钢框架中的顶底角钢半刚性连接和顶底角钢带腹板半刚性连接.通过试验测量,梁柱节点重点部位的应变情况和节点域加劲板的变形情况,给出了各类型节点的M-θr滞回曲线,计算了节点初始转动刚度R0、试验终止时的节点弯矩Mmax, 试验终止时节点转角θr和梁截面塑性弯矩Mpb.所得结论对工程设计和施工将具有重要的指导意义.
