试论当前高职师资培训的困境与对策

摘要

Abstract： Exploiting teachers＇proficiency and improving their working competency proves the cru- cial segment for improving vocational colleges＇ teaching quality and realizing target of vocational talent cultivation , while teachers＇training is the effective approach and paramount section in swift stimulating teachers＇ proficiency and competency, thus enhancing teachers＇ training has become ur- gent for vocational education. With the analysis on the dilemma of Chinese teachers＇training, es- say promoted related strategies on consolidating teachers＇training.%开发教师的潜能、提高教师的业务能力是提高高职院校教学质量、实现高职教育人才培养目标的关键，而师资培训正是快速激发教师潜能、提高教师业务能力的有效方法和重要环节。当前加强师资培训已成为高职教育发展的迫切需要，文章通过对我国师资培训的困境进行分析，对如何加强高职师资培训提出了相应的对策。
