政府对学前教育管理的有效责任担当--美国经验与中国借鉴

As a social organization ,governments have the unavoidable responsibility to the management of preschool education .The United States have so much useful experience for us to learn in targeted legis‐lation ,division and cooperation between governments (departments) ,the rationality between financial governance .T he strict supervision includes :to guarantee the behaviors of the governments’ reasonable re‐sponsibility having laws to follow ,running smoothly and legally .And standard is a key point to make a perfect preschool education management system .%作为社会管理组织，政府肩负着对学前教育管理不可推卸的责任。美国在立法的针对性、分工与合作的协调一致性、财权事权分配的合理性、督导的严格性等方面的有益经验对健全当前我国学前教育管理体制具有重要的启示作用，可以保障政府责任担当行为有法可依、顺畅运行、合法规范。
