我国党群关系与政民关系分析

The relationship between the ruling party and the people,and between the government and the people is consistent,but also the existence of certain differences.Party-mass relationship of the specific arrangements,which are reflected in the Party＇s line,principles,policies and regulations;The relationship between the government and the arrangements,mainly embodied in the constitution and the law.Over the years,although the Party＇s construction has constantly strengthened,and the reform of the government also deepened,the Party from the masses,from the government of danger didn＇t fundamentally eliminate,relationship between the people and Party faces the great challenge.%执政党与民众、政府与民众的关系具有一致性,同时也存在一定的差异性。党群关系的具体安排,主要体现在党的路线、方针、政策和法规中;政民关系的具体安排,主要体现在宪法和法律中。近年来,党的建设虽然不断加强,政府的改革也在不断深化,但是党脱离群众、政府脱离人民的危险并没有从根本上消除,党群关系与政民关系面临着巨大的挑战。
