探索建立法人治理结构推进福建省事业单位分类改革

摘要

Corporate governance is to strengthen the transformation of government functions, management system innovation, real-ize the separation of government, manages the separation reform measures. At present, Fujian Province governance pilot reform has made some achievements, but there are still sponsored by the enthusiasm is not high, the lack of mature supporting policies, can not effectively break down the problem of current management system etc.. Improvement measures are mainly: the establishment of a sound organiza-tional structure, scientific formulation of regulations, reasonably determine the Council formed, carefully selected pilot units etc..%法人治理结构是加强政府职能转变，创新管理体制，实现政事分开、管办分离的改革措施。目前，福建省法人治理试点改革虽然取得了一定成效，但还存在主办单位积极性不高，缺乏成熟的配套政策，无法有效突破现行管理体制的束缚等问题。完善的措施主要有：建立健全组织结构、科学制定章程、合理确定理事会构成、精挑细选试点单位等。
