延安时期知识分子的“有机化”改造及其当代启示

摘要

延安时期，面对时局动荡与思想界的多元碰撞，中国共产党为了取得文化领导权，对各类知识分子进行了“有机化”改造。最终形成了以无产阶级“有机知识分子”为主的新型知识分子群体，为中国共产党取得新民主主义文化领导权和革命的胜利奠定了文化基础。改革开放以来，面对复杂思想界与多元文化，需要中国共产党在新的历史条件下汲取对延安时期知识分子的改造经验，重塑当代无产阶级的“新兴知识分子界阶层”，巩固中国共产党的文化领导权。%Facing the multiple collisions between turbulent political situation and the ideological field in Yanan period, the Com-munist Party of China began to make organic transformation to all kinds of intellectuals for achieving cultural leadership. A new type of intellectuals mainly consists of “organic intellectuals” finally formed and lay the cultural foundation of obtaining the new democratic culture leadership and the victory of revolution for the Communist Party of China. Facing the complex thought and multi culture since the Reform and Opening, it is needed for the Communist Party of China to learn the transformation experience of the intellectuals in Yanan period, reshape the “new class of intellectuals” of the contemporary proletariat and consolidate the cultural leadership of the Communist Party of China.
