村级治理评价中存在的问题及原因

The village governance is the cornerstone of national governance and village governance goal is to achieve good gover-nance of the village. Village governance is conducive to maintaining the stability of the rural society, to promoting the development of rural economy and the affairs, to implementing the Party and national policies in the rural areas, and to advancing the transformation of the rural basic management system. Evaluation of village ’s governance is the vane and baton of village governance.
