Investigated the global stability of an internal HIV model with random perturbation.Proofed the stability of the endemic equilibrium of the deterministic model by using the method of Lyapunov function.And for the corresponding stochastic epidemic model,proofed that the endemic equilibrium of the stochastic model is asymptotically stable in the large when the parameter values satisfy some conditions.Furthermore,made some numerical simulations to validate the analytical results.%研究了随机因素影响的内在HIV模型的全局稳定性.通过构造李雅普诺夫函数证明了确定性模型的地方病平衡点是全局稳定的.在参数满足一定的条件下,证明了随机模型的地方病平衡点是全局渐进稳定的,并通过数值模拟验证分析结果.
